Sunshine v2026.516.143833+ needs NVENC SDK 13.0/driver 570+, but Debian nonfree only ships driver 550 (NVENC API 12.2), so it was silently falling back to CPU x264.

Downgrading to Sunshine v2025.924.154138 restored NVENC (H.264 + HEVC, no AV1 — GPU is Turing-or-earlier) — latency dropped from ~65–84ms to <15ms, steady 60fps. Sunshine should stay pinned to that version until Debian ships a 570+ driver.
